“We, five adults and five children, enjoyed our stay at the cabin the three adult bedrooms have extremely comfortable beds, while the downstairs offered a separate place for the kids to have some separation the morning views of Belleayre were definitely the highlight while enjoying a cup of coffee the upstairs open kitchen/living/dining area fit us all comfortably A perfect ski weekend getaway with only a short drive to the mountain!”

“The cabin was nice and clean and exactly as pictured. Check in was easy and communication with the host was easy and prompt. It was nice to be able to relax by the fire pit and grill outside with our dog. We had a great time.”

“We stayed at the cabin for all-star weekend in Cooperstown. It was only about a 20 minute drive to the baseball field and was very quiet and peaceful! We enjoyed cooking dinner over the fire of the fire pit and having coffee on the porch swing. The kids had plenty of space in their rooms and the master bedroom was very cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything f we needed to cook meals and the jacuzzi tub was definitely an added bonus! Very happy with our stay!”

“This property is way overpriced. It is a hunting Cabin at best. Small heater did not work. Had wood stove but only minimal large pieces of wood provided. TV and Wi-Fi did not work. Refrigerator smells like fish. Beds not comfortable. On top of that owner would not let me reschedule and needed to cancel and rebook at half price! Said he would not make any money due to VRBO fee and cleaning fee. Cleaning fee is a joke!”

“Words cannot describe how adorable this place is! Quiet, scenic and peaceful area. The host, Philip, was quick with communication and has great taste in decor! They even had a s'mores kit for us! Will definitely go back next year for.our bestie vaca again! Thank you Philip and Huy!”

“We ended up not staying. The description says it is a cabin, it is an old manufactured home (mobile home). When we pulled in there was items scattered around the yard, the grass hadn’t been mowed. When we got to the first step the wood need to be replaced. There were holes in the soffit. Once inside the couches looked old and dingy. The inside needed to be spruced up. I contacted the property owner and told her our concerns. Her response was “Things and furnitures are as in the pictures posted……

“Nice cabin to relax and escape to. There’s a few trails around and the towns around have everything you need. The owner of the property was super helpful and always responded immediately. Very easy to communicate with. It snowed while we were up there which was absolutely beautiful being surrounded by trees. There was a smell coming up through the drains from the sewage but we had a candle in the bathroom and the kitchen which was perfect so not to bad. We had told Revi about it and she wanted……

“The location is secluded and gorgeous. The cabin is adorable and beautifully decorated. We brought our dogs and they loved the peaceful atmosphere. It was so relaxing to sit on the porch watching the rain and relaxing on the deck. The garage area was a bonus. Would love to stay again in the fall. Cute towns to visit. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to relax and unplug.”

“Great cabin for a quick getaway in the Catskills! The property has everything you need in terms of necessities with the bonus of a hot tub. The hot tub is conveniently located on the deck so it’s a quick in and out of the house when it is cold outside. As for the location, the cabin is not centrally located; it takes about 20-30 mins to get to main towns nearby. For example, we drove to Woodstock and that took about 50 mins, but Phoenicia and Belleayre Mountain are about 30 mins from the……

“Beautiful property that offers a unique experience of staying in a log house. The fire stove provided more than enough warmth to the entire house. The additional propane heater is also there in case we did not want to keep the fire stove going all the time. Shower cubicle is really small for a guy like me (I am 6 feet 2 inches tall), but I was still able to manage take showers.”
