Modern apartments in an idyllic Franconian forest town. Bakers, butchers and grocery stores can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Children's playground next door. The apartments were newly renovated in 2014. There is a gazebo for a cozy get-together with a barbecue area. The Ködeltalsperre and numerous hiking trails are on the doorstep. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and fitted kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and additional separate toilet.

Zeit um den Alltagsstress hintersich zulassen
Wir waren 2 Wochen im Urlaub. Und haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und für ein Plauderchen zu haben. Ein großes Lob, macht weiter so... Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Eine wunderschöne Gegend wo man mal die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Viele Möglichkeiten von dort aus, ob es das Wandern war, Badeerlebnisse oder Städte reisen. Eigentlich für jeden was dabei. Ein toller Becker gekich um die Ecke wo man jeden Tag frische Brötchen holen kann. Uns hat es mit allem drum und dran sehr gefallen. Und kommen auch gern mal wieder.

Empfehlenswert
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt inmitten von schönen (einfachen) Wanderwegen. Viele Ziele sind bequem mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Terrasse ist etwas klein und zum Hof gelegen, sonst absolut empfehlenswert.

Ruhe und Erholung nur teils gegeben
Eines vorab: Die Vermieter der FeWo sind sehr sehr nette Leute!!! Leider ist die Beschreibung der FeWo unvollständig. Wenn man sich auf Ruhe und Erholung freut, Abends mit einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse sitzen möchte und vor allem schlafen möchte, dann ist man hier leider falsch. Das Objekt befindet sich mit einer zweiten FeWo direkt auf einem Landwirtshof. Da wird der Traktor auch mal morgens um 7 angeworfen und über Stunden laufen gelassen. Fehlende Fliegengitter laden Schwärme von Mücken zum Nachtmahl ein. Wenn die Nachbarn auf der winzig kleinen Sitzmöglichkeit rauchen, hat man in seiner FeWo auch was davon. Und es ist äußerst schade, dass man im nahegelegenen Stausee nicht baden kann. Die drei Sterne, die bis 2015 galten, können dir Matratzen der Betten nicht eingeschlossen haben, es sei denn, die waren 2012 schon drin ... für meinen Rücken keine Erholung sondern schlaflose Nächte bei Hitze und Insektenüberfällen ...
