Please come visit our four bedroom home located on the 2nd green of Pines Golf Course. Sleeps up to 12 people with three full baths. Only 2 miles from Sand Valley Golf Course. Great room with gas fire place, large kitchen & dining area. Screen porch with picnic table, large dual layered deck for cooking and eating. Family room with foosball table, popcorn machine and kids play area. Outdoor fire pit with wood, play area and lounge area.
We are 1 mile to the Lake Arrowhead Outdoor Clubhouse pool,(open Memorial Day to Labor Day) bar, basketball courts & tennis courts. Lake Arrowhead has two 18 hole golf courses—both rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest. They offer full menus for breakfast ,lunch & dinner. Sand Valley Golf Course is just 2 miles away & was named #1 new public golf course in 2017 for (Sand Valley) & 2018 for (Mammoth Dunes) as well as short course (Sandbox). They offer free public hiking trails around Sand Valley with a spectacular view from Craig’s Porch. We are about 5 miles from The Chalet pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, & archery. The four area beaches offer fishing and boating fun. Our home is great for golfers, families, fisherman.
The home has plenty of space for sleeping and hanging out. All bedrooms and baths have all linen and towels provided. Master bedroom has king size bed, master closet, master bathroom, TV & access to outside deck. Second bathroom on main floor is a full bath with shower. Second bedroom has king bed & TV. Third bedroom downstairs has 2 queen beds. The fourth bedroom down stairs has a double bed & a trundle bed. Bathroom downstairs is a full bathroom.
Both living room and family room have large screen tv’s with cable.
The living room opens up to a dual level deck with furniture, gas grill and picnic table. The yard overlooks the 2nd green on Pines Golf Course. The game room has a wet bar, popcorn machine, coffee maker & small fridge. Their is a foosball table, kids play area with toys, and TV. The couch downstairs converts to a queen bed if needed and lower lever walks out to a lounge area, play area, fire pit.
The kitchen offers an electric range, refer, dishwasher, microwave, keuring coffee maker, toaster and wine fridge. The open concept dining area has a table that can expand to 10-12 people. Their is also a first floor laundry with washer and dryer & detergents.
An attached 2 stall garage is available for guests with 1 parking spot inside and plenty of parking outside.
We also have a pack and play & stroller available for any little ones just need to let us know.

Due to more than regular wear & tear on house we have had to add a security deposit.

Golf getaway
We were a group of 4 seniors that stayed for two nights and played Lake Arrowhead golf courses. The home was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and the location was perfect for us. The only suggestion that I would make is that soap for showers would be appreciated.

This place is great! Had everything needed from cookware to entertainment. Large dinner room table enough to seat 7 adults. Beds were great and the backyard very spacious for a game of cornhole. Close to Stevens Point and casino.

Highly recommend this property. The house was just beautiful. Very clean. Had everything you might need. Beds were comfortable. Very quite area. We even had four deer visit us while we were having a campfire. We had a really relaxing, fun girls weekend. There’s a Kwik Trip just down the road. Pat is a very responsive and accommodating host. This property perfectly suited our needs - three couples attending a wedding reception at nearby Lake Arrowhead. It is a great option for couples and/or families as the layout is conducive to both gathering as a group and numerous smaller, private space indoor and outdoors. Very clean and well equipped. Highly recommend.

Very nice house loved our stay!! But somehow never received any message about anything when we checked out until i tried booking again. Was told my reservation was cancelled due to the fact that we trashed the house with mud. Not true but ultimately nice home we enjoyed our stay.

The pictures don't do this place justice! Open living room/ kitchen. Huge deck with screened in area that was lovely to have breakfas out on. Kitchen is stocked well, from being able to bake muffins to cooking dinner. Two big bedrooms upstairs both with king beds. Downstairs two bedrooms with two beds in each. Lots extra blankets and towels. Even fans in some rooms. Sound machine which my kids liked. The club house pool is .8 mile or 3 minute drive. My kids loved it.they did check make sure we had a pass to get in the pool. Hoozels 8 min drive. A huge Kwik trip. 4 min drive that we picked up food from. Misty's for breakfast. 10 min drive. Great location.

We had a great trip using this home as our HQ! We had two families with four kids and it was an excellent week for us all in central Wisconsin. Lots to do locally, beautiful scenery, great backyard space. Would love to stay again!

Family Paradise
This stay was fantastic! We decided to book this rental as a family vacation as a gift to our parents last Christmas. We had so much fun hanging out on the deck, grilling outside, and enjoying area activities like golf, mini golf and one of the pools. Took a brief trip into Nekoosa one afternoon and went to Beaver's Dime Store. So much nostalgia! Very neat! The host was very responsive to any of my questions. The house was very clean and comfortable. Couldn't have had a better trip!

Family weekend
Our group of 8 women truly enjoyed our time at this Adams County property. The home is very well equipped, extremely clean, cozy and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out or gather together. We hope to return when we're able to enjoy the spacious deck and outdoor area. It's a beautiful spot we'd highly recommend!

The house was wonderful for our needs. Very kid friendly for our two grandchildren they had a great time. Loved the large table for playing cards and games. A great escape
This home was perfect! 2 families with a total of 5 kids under 9 had plenty of space for the weekend. Our kids loved the playroom in the basement and spent most of their time there. We were worried when the weather was cold and snowy. But Netflix, Foosball and the popcorn maker made for a wonderful day. We spotted deer and listened to screech owls at night. It was a wonderful experience and property and made for the perfect weekend getaway.

My entire family was impressed with the house. In fact, my brother-in-law who builds houses took pictures and measurements in order to build a similar one for his family. The three bathrooms was my personal favorite .

We had our daughter's wedding at Lake Arrowhead. The house was wonderful! We used it for the bridesmaids Friday night and getting ready Saturday morning, and for family on Saturday night after the wedding. Great location, very clean and so many amenities. Thank you for your hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The location was perfect for our trapshooting group. We were only 5 minutes from the trap club. The kitchen and deck were very nice.
