When an issue arose with propane running out and only having electric fireplace for heat, reached out to host with no reply. Had to close doors to all rooms and sleep on couches in living room the second night. Not what we signed up for!

Pool was closed since the previous week. We rented here because it had an indoor pool and we had 2 kids with us. We should have been informed prior to check in. Toilet was broken in one room. Clerk was friendly and helpful but being the only employee, had to wait for her to come to try fixing it. ...

Very nice area and cabin, everything was clean, stocked with supplies if you've forgotten such things as a guest. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.
