Located in Southeastern Ohio, on the Muskingum River, the Hardware Inn of Stockport was constructed from a building that served the area as a hardware store from 1851 until 1999. Inside are remnants of the original building, from the beautiful hardwood floors to back staircase which led to a meeting room upstairs. I reserved our suite for 6 people for a weekend visit to the area. The linens and towels were fresh and clean and everyone had an enjoyable time. We loved the in room coffee and variety of snacks. Thank you so much for accommodating our early check in. We would definitely stay again.

This place has a unique old time feel with its history as a hardware store. Original floors and stairs etc. Travis was great to communicate with and just a call away. He worked with us to accommodate our schedule.

This place was fantastic. We had the upstairs. It was very clean and comfortable. It was very easy to find and a store very close for forgotten items. They stocked the house with everything you will need including coffee, breakfast snacks, plastic silverware and shampoo and conditioner. Loki g for a beautiful, quiet place? This is for you.

Lovely Area on the river

Property was as advertised. Very clean and good hospitality. We had a nice quiet restful stay. Kitchen could be better equipped, but we made due.
