The front desk reception were very good. Not ideal if you have mobility issues. Breakfast was fine. Room fairly small but perfectly OK if used just as base for sight-seeing. Very convenient for trams. Helpful in organising airport transfer.

The location is convenient, walkable to the touristy areas, metro station is like 3 mins walk from the hotel. There is supermarket, shop nearby. Good breakfast, free mini bar etc. Would love to stay there again if I am visiting Prague.
