The back yard is nice, and gets the morning sun. we went out for the night, but we wished we could have had another night to sit out in the back garden. Very big and spacious in person, easily accommodating 3 families while still allowing all to have their own space. It is very well equipped - kitchen and dining supplies, board games, even a ball we found in the lounge for the dog and food/water bowls in the courtyard for the dog. A couple of small downsides - the instructions message received via Stayz says to bring linen etc but that towels are provided... towels are definately not and I had to go to Woolies to buy some (we would've brought them...
