“Rocks cabin really rocks!!! Cabin is super clean, amenities are great. You could find anything you look for. If you are looking for a quiet gateway, look no further. Our dogs loved it so much also, beware of coyotes at night!!!”

“We only had a very brief stay, alas, but made the most of the opportunity as best we could. A few updates are needed with the introductory welcome materials and equipment information that will be easy but useful to correct. Glad we had a chance to pause in western Maine, with a view of close mountains and the distant Presidential Range in NH. A couple of kitchen tweaks will be helpful for our cooking happy selves, though we enjoyed the spacious kitchen with adequate equipment, beautiful place……

“This is the second year we have stayed at this home for our winter holiday. We have enjoyed our visits and found the home to have everything we need. We were pleased to find the fireplace in working order, even though we received a note that it was not working. That and the large kitchen are the natural gathering spots for our family. Watching the ice fishing on the lake is an added bonus. Thank you for sharing this lovely property. We'll be back!”

“If you are looking to enjoy some quality time with friends/family, this place is excellent! We stayed for a weekend bachelor/bachelorette party with 14 people. Beautiful views, near trails (check out the falls near by), plenty of things to do while there, even for those who don’t ski! We played pong, pool, karaoked, enjoyed the hot tub even spent some time near the fire. All in all a great place to book!”

“We came here with a large contingent, and even though the house has only two bedrooms, don't let that fool you. It is quite roomy, and we easily slept seven people in the house. The views from the upstairs bedroom windows and balcony are wonderful. The owners are in their own house on site, are there when you need them, but give you your privacy as well. Lovely place to stay. I would recommend it to others enthusiastically.”

“The cabin is absolutely amazing! The view is beautiful. Very spacious with plenty of room for the kids to stay downstairs! The cabin was also very clean. All in all we had a great time and hoping to make it back at some point again!”

“The house was cozy and spacious , my family enjoyed the amenities like the pool table and Jacuzzi! We spend a lot of time on the deck/porch it had space enough space for our family of 12 , the only thing is that I would have liked the deck lightening to be more stronger.”

“The renter is not worth coming about the fact that her home is on a very steep hill. I told her I was a senior and had foot and ankle and knee surgeries and had a hard time walking. I saved up to rent a place all year. When I got there I had to call her to find out how to get to the lake. It is so steep I couldn't find an entrance to the lake, I finally found a foot wide muddy, slippery path which was 90 degrees straight up and down. I only took a few steps and realized I would break my neck if……

“This house was the perfect location to stay for Bates College graduation weekend. The location is close to everything; the setting is perfect; the amenities listed were all at the house. Check-in and Check-out were simple. The request to consolidate garbage in big bags was easy, as there were plenty of the larger size and we were able to put all our garbage in 2 bags. Plenty of parking (we were a family of 8 traveling from different states and easily fit 4 vehicles in the allotted space. I would……
