Nicolas hat super schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit als etwas im Chalet vergessen wurde und dies uns leider erst nach der Abreise aufgefallen ist."

"The owners were extremely concerned about making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The chalet is immaculate and has all the modern conveniences you could ask for in a rental property. Neubois is well situated for visiting all of the Alsace region, and yet is a peaceful and quiet get away. A very desirable property and highly recommended."

"Le chalet est bien situé pour les personnes qui cherchent le calme et des départs de randonnées en forêt à proximité. Les commodités sont à 3kms, à Villé. L'accueil aurait pu être mieux organisé car nous manquions d'informations sur la marche à suivre. Effectivement, les toilettes et la douche sont petits mais restent fonctionnels. Nous pensons que le frigo mériterait d'être changé car il ne fait pas beaucoup de froid (bien qu'il soit au max) et il a fallu éponger beaucoup d'eau sous le bac à...

"Very spacious accommodation in the external bungalows. They were equally very clean and well stocked. Only suggestion is that they have a bit of coffee / tea stocked for the first morning. Europa Park is about 7-8 minutes away, making for a stress free arrival, yet far enough away to be very quiet."

"This is a fantastic hotel if you are visiting Colmar and want a 2 min walk to the train station. It’s a less than 10 min walk to little Venice and other landmarks are close by after wondering through the beautiful village of Colmar. I also wanted to send a “thank you” to the front desk and “Paul” especially he went above and beyond for us last night to help dry our clothes that didn’t quite air dry in our room. I was blown away by his kindness. He came up to our room took our clean damp clothes in a bag had them dried, even folded them and brought them back up to our room a hour later. What a wonderful employee Paul @ the Grand Hotel Bristol in Colmar is!! Thank you and we hope to come via again sometime in the future. "

"The hotel was absolutely charming, with a warm ambiance set in a quaint rustic town—an ideal escape from the bustle of Paris. The rooms had a great vibe and view, offered quality amenities, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was a bit warm during our visit, so we really appreciated the in-room AC. The only drawback was our timing—visiting on a Sunday and Monday meant much of Obernai was closed, which made exploring a bit tricky. Still, it was a lovely overall experience!"

"An unexpected amazing experience. Starting with the online booking, being on our way to Europa-Park (2 adults +2 kids), everything was spot on. Although we've arrived late after midnight, we have been immediately accommodated by very nice, multilingual and knowledgeable staff. The rooms are very welcoming and spotless clean. The breakfast is attended by a "Turbo" lady which was filling in the buffet and will never let you wait or ask for something. A big THANK YOU to all the staff and especially to the GM, which had trained the staff to high standards.
