"We only stayed at the Mansion Giahn for one night, but Joseph and his staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The place itself is very unique in the architecture and I thought it was very pretty. It is located somewhat off the beaten path, so there aren't many food options around. However, Eduardo took my husband to a local taco stand to get us dinner, which was very gracious of him. It's not the Ritz, but it's not meant to be either. Still had a good stay!"

I tryed to cancel the other two night by contacting you, It was impossible to communicate with you. I was waiting for hours outside the door with another person because the gate was locked. Bad experience. I lost two nights money."
