"Towel and Bed sheet were dirty . Lots if aunts in kitchen and bed . There was false advertisement. Address was wrong . It took me more than half a day to find the place because place is called Cancun Plaza not ocean view apartment. I do not recommend this place all kitchen equipments were not functioning such as microwave no coffee no water for guest "

"The Penthouse was FABULOUS! The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, the rooms were lovely, the views were incomparable and the rooftop deck was next level! My friends and I were impressed with the staff (shoutout to Francisco) who were very responsive. I would come back in a heartbeat! "

"Would recommend this place if you just need a place to lay your head for the evening. The place was freezing cold but when reached out to host contact was able to accommodate to help make the living space more comfortable temperature for the family.
