“Host was excellent to communicate with and replied in a timely manner. Location was good, Strange smell in bedroom, very dirty in bathroom, corners and behind/under everything, booked for 5 adults and only had 2 queen beds(no pullout couch). Lots of damage in suite, kitchen drawer broken, fan making loud noise, scratches, dents and pealing paint. Barely any kitchen utensils. Two bath towels provided for 5 people.”

“We love our stay at The Douglas Suite. The host Suzanne is quick in communicating, the place are gorgeous except we didn’t have a chance to used the Hot Tub unluckily they have done some repairs during our stay. But she let us stay and late check out which helps a lot, because our flight back to Edmonton is at 8pm that day.”

“Only one bathroom in the area that is rented; the second bathroom must be in the basement. Strange smell. Hard to find due to no address on the front of the house that you can see from the street. we had to go around to the alley and try to figure out how to get to the front door. No amenities to speak of. A spare refrigerator in dining room taped closed with packing tape. The property looks nothing like the photographs. The owners were in the basement the night we were there.
