The hotel is in a great location for public transportation, restaurants and shopping. My problems with this hotel is that it is classed as a 4 star, priced as 5 star. Our room had a big stain in the carpet, the carpet is so old it is rippled from stretching. There is no room service available, it says its room service. Going down to the restaurant to pick up your food in a to go container is not room service. At over $500 a night in the heat there should be at least a couple of free bottles of water a day. Balcony has a beautiful view but there is no chairs to sit and enjoy it. Thank goodness it was a great location and views amazing. Oh and since we only have a shower it was nice to soak in a tub.

Nice 3 night stay with family and pet. Location is very good - lots of dining options and kid friendly. Easy to get to downtown via Seabus. Staff are very friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Will consider staying here again in future.
