“We checked in and discovered molds on bed sheets. The staff changed us to another room, but the toilet fan in that room is broken. Amenities are stingily insufficient. No kettle in the room so we asked for one. The staff said they will send it to our room but they clearly forgot about that. They did sound nice but not being helpful at all. One of the worst hotels we stayed given the price. Not recommended.”

“The hotel is good. Other than our room is facing the road and it's quite noisy, I have no other complaint. If you can avoid the rooms facing the main road, you should be good.”

“The hotel is super close to the airport. Location is fantastic, there are supermarkets and petrol stations nearby. It is within Richmond area. Hotel is slightly old, with a touch of those casino hotels vibe. Rooms were huge and come with balconies. The corridors had very strong smell of cigarettes and other products. Bedsheets and towels were relatively clean, only the rooms and corridors had this old mouldy smell. Parking was easy, just outside of the hotel. Feels like the hotel needs a big of……

“櫃檯的姊姊蠻好的，但她本來說辦會員可以累積，但之後發現我是透過第三方的根本沒辦法累積？ 我之後自己發現的。 房間有點舊但還算乾淨，剛好去的時候在整修外觀感覺挺不優的，但是游泳池超級讚！！！！我玩了三次 唷耶！早上很早就開了超讚。早餐很普沒吃什麼”
