I have stayed at this property many times and enjoy the location and room. However, I wish that as a Hiltons Honors, frequent customer at this site that a little more focused customer service could be afforded. In particular, I understand that check-in time is 4 pm however - if, as a Hiltons Honors patron, I "check-in" and select my room 24 hours prior to my stay. It would be helpful if after flying from east coast to west coast restricted by flight schedules that I could get into my room a bit earlier than 4 pm. I called and was told I "might" be able to get in after 2 pm. I arrived at 3 pm and was told by "Glinda" at the front desk that the room wasn't ready and I could check again in a little while. Checked again a little before 4 pm and still not ready and then just after 4 pm...the room was ready! (I really doubt that every single room isn't ready until exactly 4 pm!)
I also choose not to have housekeeping daily which I think is helpful to the environment but also contributes to expense control at Hilton. Of course, this means I need to go to the front desk to get some coffee packs since they are ordinarily replaced during housekeeping. It would be much friendlier if the desk representative could just give me the coffee instead of having to have someone else deliver them to my room which means I have to postpone any in room activity until after the coffee delivery is complete.
These aren't huge items but some things to make my visit a little more pleasant.
