There are two large bedrooms both with hotel quality linens and towels. We also supply the best guest amenities for your stay!
We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!
The home is situated across the water with amazing views in every room!
The beach is just a 3 minute walk from the home to the right and the rock pool is directly a cross the road on the left side.
Access is via a lockbox. We will send you the check-in instructions on the day of your arrival!

The views from the living room, kitchen and balcony are first class. Every single one of these rooms has beautiful views, and can hear the crashing of the waves!
You have the perfect kitchen for cooking and entertaining in, as well as 2 large bedrooms, perfect for 4 people.

The apartment comes with 1 bathroom, all with beautiful organic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

ADDITIONAL RULES: *As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is SIX people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to THREE people. No more than a maximum of NINE people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions - Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away. - This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests. - Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates. - Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW:
*Parking - There is plenty of parking directly out the front of across the road. For the beach carpark this is 4 hours free parking and is unlimited overnight. Please check the signs for the time frame of overnight parking.
*This property is suitable for babies or children. A portable cot and highchair is available at the home. however, we do not provide the linen. The cot is in the bedroom cabinet for you to set up.
*There are 6 flights of stairs to access the property.
*There is no heating/airconditioning in this home.
*Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
*If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!
