There are internal and external stairs so not suitable for young children or folks with mobility issues.
Included are a semi commercial kitchen, twelve seater dining table, and pool/air hockey table in the under house games room with an outdoor pizza oven and fire pit.
This is not a party house, Dangar is an inclusive, creative, residential area, so noise complaints are dealt with the same as any other residential area..
