"Lovely spacious villa with plenty of room for 10-12 people, and lots of dining and sitting space inside, and outdoor space. It was very warm during our stay, and as the villa doesn't have air conditioning it did get warm inside. Some more fans would be useful, as opening windows does increase outside noise. "Le site est magnifique avec une vue extraordinaire. Pas de communication et difficile de trouver le nom de la cabane arrivée sur place. Pas de clôture avec le chien des voisins locataires qui vient te hurler dessus. C’est dommage pour le calme recherché. Le restaurant panoramique est très bon avec de belles balades et les cascades a 1H en voiture. "

"Nous avons eu très froid, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, ni la climatisation pour chauffer. Le prix devrait être revu quand le temps ne s’y prête pas non plus car nous n’avons pas profité de la piscine ou du jardin. J’attends un geste commercial en retour à la vue de notre déception. "Super house in a beautiful setting. It has everything you need, plenty of room, peace and quiet. Coming back to the house after a long day of hiking in Geres was just perfect. "Northern Portugal is amazing, with history around every corner. And Ponte de Lima is close to all the early battles with Spain and the coast from which the explorers set out. We found castle after castle and saw ancient grape vines being harvested. Madelena and Luis showed us their beautiful estate that is, in a way, preserving the historic beauty of the Vinho Verde region."
