Apartment on the Corniche Swimming pool in modern residence

Modern apartment on the cornice in secure residence with roof terrace (view of the Strait of Gibraltar).

You can enjoy the swimming pool of the residence (open from 10h to 20h) in summer.
A lifeguard is present during opening hours.

You will appreciate its location, close to all the shops and restaurants.
It is located 30 meters from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the city center.

Ideal to visit Tangier without having to get a car!


Broadband internet connection, international TV channels.

Our accommodation is composed of:
- a master suite with bathroom (bath and toilet), large storage cupboards and access to the balcony
- a bedroom with two single beds and bathroom (bath and toilet)
- an open kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, juicer...)
- a dining area
- a comfortable living room with TV and access to the balcony
- a balcony

With its two bathrooms, our apartment is suitable for both a family holiday and a stay with friends.


Access of travelers

You will have access to the roof terrace with gardens of the building. Enjoy magnificent views of the Bay of Tangier!
Depending on the time of your stay, you will also have access to the pool of the residence.

Apartment located close to the beach and close to shops and restaurant. A grocery store is at the bottom of the building.
Tanger City Mall is a 5-minute walk away and Ibn Batouta Shopping Mall is a 3-minute walk away.

The train station is located 5 minutes walk.
Frequent passage down the building of small taxi (for short distances) or big taxi (to get out of the city).
To facilitate your visit, we can pick you up at the airport (20 €). We will have to communicate the information of the flight.

No heat for 40f cold weather and construction with whole building being remodeled

Heater was broke, no batteries in tv, no toilet paper, and 1 shower was broke. I might have overlooked some of these… but to top it off the building is going through reconstruction, woke up in the morning to jack hammering with parts of the wall falling on my face!! This property is not in livable condition and should be removed!! I reported to host via WhatsApp but nothing was done. We decided to leave early and go to hotel!! I was traveling internationally so couldn’t contact vrbo but called once back in USA, they did nothing and claimed it was my fault for not reporting it immediately even though I didn’t have phone service at all and only had WhatsApp on WiFi for calling

We liepen hier en daar wel tegen wat dingetjes aan wat niet in orde was, maar de communicatie met de eigenaar was goed, ze deed haar best om ons tegenmoet te komen. Badkamers hebben zeker een opknapbeurt nodig, douche op de kleine kamer met twee eenpersoons bedden deed het niet, in de grote slaapkamer was er zichtbaar veel schimmel aanslag op de slaapkamer en badkamer plafond verder was het appartement netjes. Maar zoals ik al zei als de badkamers een opknapbeurt krijgen heb je niks te klagen in dit appartement want Locatie is ook top als je van een drukke omgeving houdt, alles is op loop afstand en je hebt genoeg te doen om je te vermaken. Onderaan het appartement zitten twee cafés waar je hele dag door ontbijt, lunch en avond kan krijgen dat was echt ideaal met kleine kinderen die op tijd moeten eten. Er was geen baby bed aanwezig maar na het aangeven hiervan werd er een nieuwe bed gebracht, dat was top!

Great location and nice unit. The balcony and bedrooms are spacious. The owner was easy to communicate with and quite helpful even helping with a ride from the airport! The unit is a bit street loud and not a quiet getaway but the location on the beach and central city amenities makes it worth while. Overall a lovely stay.

Bonjour Merci a Riad pour son acceuil et sa confiance. appartement et fonctionnel propre et sécurisée. Équipement nickel et propre . Petit plus salle de bain dans chaque chambre. Le seul bemol est bruit infernal de la rue klaxon et chahut surtout en soiree jusqu'à 4h du matin . Si vous etes de la night c est pas un problème.

en dehors des chambres, le logement n'etait pas propre. les placards de la cuisine, le materiel de cuisine obsolete,les tapis, le four , la cuisiniere etaient sales. la pomette d une des douche etait cassée. nous avons alerte le gerant sur place que nous n avons jamais vu car l'acces du logement a ete fait par l agent de securite de l immeuble. heureusement que la douche dans la chambre enfant etait fonctionnel. experience mitigé car l emplacement etait tres bien. je pense que l on peut trouver des locations avec de meilleurs prestations dans la ville.

Nous avons 4 nuits pour la somme de 234,40€, sois 2610 dirhams, l'équivalent d'un salaire mensuelle marocain. Pour ce prix, nous avons été particulièrement déçu. L'appartement présentait plusieurs signes de saletés/poussières. Nous avons un doute sur le fait que le nettoyage est été effectué. Des traces de peintures partout. La poignée de la porte d'entrée mal fixée gênant constamment la fermeture de celle-ci. Le support du pommeau de douche cassé. Des bruits de travaux incessants au sein de notre étage, dans la résidence et dans la rue. Piscine vide. Pas de papier toilette. Pour le prix, c'est inacceptable. Sans parler de la personne qui fait l'intermédiaire avec le propriétaire pour la remise des clés qui demande de l'argent. Très belle vue de la terrasse de l’immeuble. Appartement moderne mais point faible assez sombre. La fenêtre de la chambre donnant sur la rue ne fermait pas complètement. Rue assez bruyante certains soirs.

Great location

Pleasant apartment in a perfect location. Reasonably clean and comfortable but could use a little love. Shutters in bedroom and a shower head were broken and a sink didn't drain. There were no dish towels or bathmats. The host was very helpful and responsive to our requests though, bringing us a coffeemaker when queried , so we enjoyed our stay

Good location but apartment is dirty

There were spiderwebs on the ceiling. Bathroom floor had dirt and grime as well as the master bath. Paint was peeling from the walls. There was also some damp on the ceiling. Host was attentive and really helpful, the property it self requires maintenance.

EXPERIENCIA INCREÍBLE

El finde que pasamos va a ser inolvidable. El apartamento estaba genial, sobre todo nuestro anfitrión REDA. Nos recibió con mucha amabilidad, nos asesoró sobre qué hacer y nos puso en contacto con Karim, con quien hicimos un tour maravilloso y nada caro. Incluso hizo lo posible para venir al apartamento y configurarnos la TV para ver la final de la Champions. Un anfitrión de 10 y una ciudad de 10, como en casa. ¡Repetiremos! GRACIAS POR TODO :)

Great location

We rented this property during the Coronavirus shutdown. Our host was accommodating and kind. What a great location this is! The apartment is spacious and bright in a secure building with easy access to amenities. We can imagine what a wonderful spot this would be in different times. Will definitely return.

Not as nice as pictured

To start off, the people that picked us up from the airport and met us at the apartment were very nice, friendly and helpful. But unfortunately, the apartment was disappointing. It was not very well kept up- plaster peeling in several areas, light bulbs out, a leaky master bath sink and a door and window that wouldn’t lock. The rooftop terrace pictured is misleading and had people’s clothes laid out all over the bushes and the area smelled of urine and feces. The view from the apartment patio is of a building undergoing construction, the beach is not readily seen, only one elevator out of three worked and clothes were left hanging on the rail of the stairwell as well. We only stayed one night of the three we had planned. We did receive a partial refund which was appreciated.
