“The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation ”

“Lugaris afforded us an economical and comfortable experience for our business trip. The in-unit washer/dryer was a nice addition, though the QR-code assisted instructions were not for the same model we had. After WhatsApp discussion with the front office, we finally figured it out. Super comfy couch and beds, nice dining table, and adequate bathrooms.”

“入到酒店看來不錯, 有兩個洗手間,一個是大小便用,, 沒有去水位, 我住了三天 要自己清潔 投訴無門 聯絡清潔工 要我自己聯絡酒店, 投訴hotels.com 亦冇回應 ,早一日經過酒店 知道沒有回 reception 跟hotels.com聯絡 沒有回應 ，網站上酒店電話 只有八個字卻未能聯絡酒店 ， 正確應該有九個字， 到入住當天 只好在門口等待 ，check-out亦冇人理會 只可放低鎖匙 回港後向hotels.com投訴 ，還被職員玩， 覺得他們一點都沒有問題 ，無論酒店及網頁 都不知所謂”

“What a fantastic property! Having never been to Barcelona before, we were “green” as to where to stay. The Gràcia quarter was amazing and this hotel is at the heart of it all. Located right next to a central square full of shops and restaurants, the area comes alive in the late afternoon in to the evening. Families out just living life! Our balcony overlooked it all, and even though the room was extremely quiet, we chose to have our balcony door open to soak it all in. The rooms are amazing, the……
