"An exceptional stay. Although we arrived later in the evening, the staff were wonderful. The hotel room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Don't miss the view from the rooftop, just beautiful, only to be outshined by the lovely grounds around the hotel. There are two museums on the property, the wine museum is amazing and worth a visit, it is right in the hotel near the eating area. While the other museum is near the edge of the property and requires a ticket purchase. The breakfast, although a buffet, was amazing. Many options, with a vast variety of local delicacies. The staff were very attentive. Would stay here again if we make it back to the Kakheti region. "
"The hotel itself is an amazing place, everything is clean and well attended. The only problem I found, and it is more or a country issue, is that all the staff are addicted to their mobile phones and in general there was a lack of customer service."
"The staff were young & not trained in customer service! I asked for help with my luggage & the young man who kept me waiting Is seen at the bar- free. He could have helped me straight away cos the porterage took 2 minutes, he knew that but kept me waiting regardless. The hot water was only tepid both in the vanity & shower. It was a cool night so I didn’t appreciate a cool shower. The toilet cistern didn’t work & kept running. I reported these things so future users weren’t inconvenienced. But they seemed to not take this on board. Even though they understood English"
"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel is beautiful and brand new. The only problem we had is the restaurant that took very long time to get our food and I mean two hours long. "
