"After checking and settling on to our room. They gave a second key for the apartment to another party. They basically just open the door and walk into our room. Very concerning and unsafe. "
"There are no views from this property, just a concrete wall outside the wind663ow-. It is like having no windows at all. The check in is hard to find and is incorrectly located on Google maps. They know this but have not changed the location! There is only paid parking on the street. The entry is dirty and passes by smelly rubbish bins. Very disappointing overall as the property is quite rundown."

"Hôtel très bien situé à Soldeu (départ à pieds en randonnée: vallée d.incles + accès station de ski)´permettant de rayonner dans les jolis villages d’ordino, Canillo + attractions (roc del quel..mirador solaire ..pont tibétain) et virée shopping à Andorre. "Beautiful property with an amazing location across from the gondola. Easy walking to restaurants and bars. The staff was excellent and attentive. The only issue is the lack of spa on property. Guests must use and pay for the wellness spa at the adjoining hotel. "

Rooms could have small kettle and mire comfortable pillows.
