"hi guys place was great just a few things when we arrived there was a basket of washing on washing machine we left it there.. also the back security door is locked but had no key all good but the fire alarm went off at 6.00 am one morning and we could not get out of that door. Just saying.... place ws clean and great thx so much we tried to leave it as we found it clean and tidy used blower on patio.. cleaned up wee doggy poo from back yard so all in all should be in great shape .. we are looking to plan another trip up to Burrum Heads and will definitely stay with you... thank you so much Bruce and Kerry "

"The house was very clean when we arrived, no problems checking in, rooms were extremely generous in size, plenty of bathrooms and kitchen equipment. Property was ideal for our family of 17, Grandparents, children and grandchildren, still felt spacious despite the numbers. Fantastic location if you’re into fishing and boating. Our boat was tied up at the jetty for the duration of our stay. Kym (host) was very responsive and helpful. The only negative was that the outside of the property(decks, pool equipment etc) is in need of a little bit of maintenance however, this didn’t impact on the enjoyment of our stay. The kids loved both the outdoor and indoor pools."

"I've stayed in numerous hotels, and this would have to be one of the cleanest. The room was surprisingly big too. Danielle was so nice, and gave us late checkout until 11:00am as well."

"Our Hosts Mark and Julie were superb, very accommodating and helpful. The house was well equipped and modern. The kitchen was a dream to cook in with the modern appliances. The front and back steps could use a handrail, but they are quite manageable. I will defiantly be booking it again. Thank you both so much. "

"The front desk lady is very nice and kindly asked me weather the storm have delayed our arrival. The apartment is super spacious and all the amenities are available. Regarding the location of this ecolodge you definitely need a vehicle for moving around the town. There’s a big picture of a turtle on the wall hanging above the bed and I can not be very sure each and every guest is comfortable with it."
