Requested a 1st level room due to limited mobility and when we checked in, all of the 1st level floors were already taken, due to giving out to others that arrived earlier. There was no note of first come first serve for those with limited mobility and was given a room on the second level, which was very inconvenient and painful for those with limited mobility due to health and surgery.

Hotel was nice and staff were vere friendly and helpful. Hotel room was large and clean. Really enjoyed the walk in shower and the Dove oroducts

We always stay here when we visit Eugene. We love the location. There is a microwave and a small refrigerator in the room. The property is very clean. The owners are very friendly. Will definitely be back.

we went to the hop valley brewery, this place was a short walk from the hotel. the homemade mozzarella sticks were fantastic!

Midt restaurants are closed after 9 weekdays, but not Applebees!
