We had a wonderful stay at The Wayside. Manager was extremely responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Location was convenient distance to UO.

Girls Trip 2024

We scheduled a Girls Trip to celebrate a few birthdays. The home was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Location is very central to downtown. We had great weather during our stay, so we enjoyed the large backyard. The BBQ was not working, and the outlets took forever to charge cell phones, other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Charming & Fun!

We had so much fun staying in this super cute and surprisingly roomy home. The house layout was really unique and gave us plenty of room to spread out. We played lots of the games that were available since it was raining I even found a game I have to buy (Labyrinth). There were some pretty intense ping pong games as well. We were in town for track and it was very easy to get to Hayward Field. We’ll be back next year!

Welcoming Cozy home

Host was very responsive and so nice! In town for track meet, great location for us. Super clean and well appointed... felt cozy and right at home. Loved the extra thoughtfulness (flowers, coffee, nice towels, Meyer's hand soap/lotion and shampoo etc). Especially the Magnavox - brought back memories! Would love to stay there again!

Baseball family weekend!

House is updated cute mid-century modern! Chelsea was very communicative and quick to respond when needed. Only feed back is couch and table in living room are a bit wiggly as is bed post in upper bedroom. Overall really great experience!

Parent's weekend.

Wayside was such a cute place for me and daughter's father to stay and allow her to hang off campus overnight. Loved the early 60's mid-century architecture, clean, good sized rooms, well equipped kitchen (if you were cooking). Did not use back garden or play room due to busy schedule of events. Great host.

Very Clean and updated

The house is definitely old, but the owners have done a great job updating. It was perfect for our trip and visit to Hayward Field. We had 3 individuals that were not all from the same family, and we were very comfortable. Chelsea was extremely helpful as she responded within minutes of my questions, and even reached out to make sure we didn’t need anything else. The place was very welcoming and ready for us when we arrived and all home instructions were very clear.

Great property - plenty of space for our party of 6, with an additional 4th bedroom to spare, and a fully furnished kitchen and basement recreational area. The neighborhood was quiet, the ping pong table was a fun perk, and the master bedroom mini split AC was a godsend after hours of road trip driving. Highly recommend!

Stayed for college drop off- great proximity to U of O as well as local needed stores (Target, Bed Bath & Beyond etc). Recently redone kitchen and baths- would stay again!

We absolutely loved the house! Quite neighborhood, so close to Riverbend as we were in town for a hospital visit. Would definitely book it again!!
