"The house was perfect for our family of seven adults. The amenities were top notch. Only thing we could not find was a potato peeler. The master bedroom mattress was a bit uncomfortable getting in and out due to a board at knee level on either side of the bed. Either the board be removed or a thicker mattress. The MBR bath toilet seat needs to be reseated as it sometimes becomes unloose. The MBR sink hand towel holder needs reset. The door to the screened porch handle does not lock. Recommend a printed book be available to view the house rules and check out procedures - ie. the bedding, trash, towels, TV operations (we never did figure out how to view real time TV viewing of the infinity TV channels). These comments were not complaints but items we dealt with as rental owner for over 20 years of a beach house on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our week at the house and would highly recommend this house as a rental opportunity. "

"Our family had a lovely time! The house was very clean, super comfortable, and well furnished. Everything felt very new, thoughtful and well selected. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of pots and pans, cutting boards, cooking utensils, etc. The only thing lacking was a can opener.The screened in porch and hot tub were both incredible additions!We even journeyed down to the creek and found lots of fun mushrooms and crawfish.Would definitely recommend!"

"This is a good property and the owner is VERY communicative and responsive, including accommodating our last minute stay. The location is very near to the golf course and one of the outdoor pools and only a short (less than 5 minutes) drive to the sports center, spa, indoor pool and courts. (You need daily passes to the sports center).The Woods is a very casual, well-maintained, resort-styled community. And there is plenty of activity.The home is in good shape and - as advertised - it is not lavish or palatial. If this home continues to be upgraded and maintained, then this would've been a 5* review.Great for a family of 4 and a dog!"
