"We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The host made everything so easy. House had everything we needed. The Hottub was the best. We all enjoyed coming back to the house after our adventures and relaxing in the hottub. "
"This is the third time that my partner and I have had a summer vacation at Simple Pleasure. We continue to deeply enjoy the house and area. The neighborhood is dense trees, rolling hills, beautiful, and quiet. We deeply enjoy the swimming pools and went swimming almost every day. The house is located about 25 minutes from both Berkeley Springs and Martinsburg and we enjoyed the unique downtown/old towns of both location. Additionally we enjoyed the abundant outdoors- trails and water are closeby. The house itself is just lovely- the three season room is a huge highlight for me, surrounded by windows on three sides. I also love filling the bird feeders and watching to see who comes to munch. The kitchen has everything that my partner and I need to cook. Finally, the communication from the property managers is quite kind, friendly, easy, and low-stress. They reply so quickly and I have never felt stress when contacting them. We will definitely be back!"

"This is a good property and the owner is VERY communicative and responsive, including accommodating our last minute stay. The location is very near to the golf course and one of the outdoor pools and only a short (less than 5 minutes) drive to the sports center, spa, indoor pool and courts. (You need daily passes to the sports center).The Woods is a very casual, well-maintained, resort-styled community. And there is plenty of activity.The home is in good shape and - as advertised - it is not lavish or palatial. If this home continues to be upgraded and maintained, then this would've been a 5* review.Great for a family of 4 and a dog!"

"Delightfully appointed property in The Woods overlooking one of the golf course fairways. Quiet neighborhood. Very well maintained and exceptionally clean house. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking and baking supplies. The hot tub was awesome! Easily sleeps 6. Highly recommend. "
