Nice handy hotel to the old town and cathedral, there used to be a lot of street parking outside the front door but this is now limited. Make sure you book a space in the garage

Good things: swimming pool and hot tub, spacious for 12 of us. The lake at Coco plage is lovely. Not so good: no responses to my messages before our stay therefore confusion over bed linen. A very pleasant stay at Gite du Jouteau with our family of eleven, our ages ranged from 9 to 76. Surprisingly the indoor pool was a bonus with temps in the mid 30s during our stay allowing us to cool off easily. Very quiet area and a relaxing stay in the Sarthe region of France.
