Excellent value, main downside is the need to catch a bus to Halle, I has a great stay there.

What a wonderful gem in a really quiet city!

Arrived just before 2pm (3pm check in) and the door was locked. Tried the buzzer, but no answer. Also tried the number on the booking and outside- no answer. I then had to wait more than 30 minutes in the car park until one of the cleaners came out, which allowed me access. There was absolutely nobody in the hotel. I then sat in the reception until around 3.15pm when the manager/owner arrived. The room was clean and tidy, but rather dated For over £100 per night I would expect better to be honest. Check out was at 10am, and I overslept- but bearing in mind that there are 5 hours between check out and check in, and the hotel was very quiet, it came as quite a shock when the water was shut off at 10am on the dot, whilst I was in the shower!
