“I was very happy with the property. I shared the place with my adult children for a family wedding. It was wonderful to have some quality, screenfree, engaging time with them. We took full advantage of the games and cards provided. The bedding was sooo comfy that I came home and ordered the same pillows that were there. I would definitely add the fact that the water is “well water” to the listing so people know in advance to bring water. All in all a great experience.”

“We loved the location right in town , excellent! Great shops, bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. We loved the room too. About the only improvement I can think of is if you upgraded the couch to a full size one. We will book again the next time we go to Woodstock. ”

“We had a great time. The tent and toilet were clean. We appreciated the water provided and the cookware. The only thing to note is that there is a bit of walking on a rocky trail before reaching the campsite (not next to the parking spot). The river was fun to explore but can be difficult for younger kids to get to. The campsite is close to Minnewaska State Park, very convenient. ”

“Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. The property is just as colorful and comfortable as the photos! Had a great time here with three friends- would recommend for young groups, since the kitchen is tight and the beds are low. We were able to cook wonderfully and make fires. Lovely decor Nice area, definitely a getaway from bustling life. Low signal/ service outside of WiFi at the house. Please note that the property is shared with the owner, but he and his wife are friendly and extremely……

“Overall, property was nice and quiet. Host was very responsive to my questions when I texted. They came right away to drop off some essentials which was very nice! The only true complaint is the couch, especially being indoors during our stay because of the weather, the couch was a tight squeeze for 2 of us to spend extended periods of time on it. But the beds, very comfortable, shower was hot and pressure was good. Would recommend ”
