"The property was clean and as the pictures make it appear. I had asked ahead of time if there would be laundry detergent in the house since we were in the middle of a 16 day trip. I was told there would be and unfortunately when we got there, there was no detergent. There were many form emails sent reminding us of the rules of not using our allotted towels and bedding, along with notes left not to use the extra items.
