The road less traveled is gravel! That’s how you know you’re heading somewhere special. We suggest 4WD or AWD to help you cruise up the mountain with ease, year round, and it is required November-April.

Guests will have the entire home to themselves, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Enjoy full access to the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, hot tub, fire pit, and deck. You’ll have total privacy during your stay—no shared spaces, just you and the mountains.
• 🐾 Dogs are allowed! Weight limit 45 lbs. The pet fee is $35/night. Please make sure you have added your pet to the reservation. If an unauthorized pet is found, there is a $200 fee
• 🚗 The home is accessed via a gravel road. It’s well-maintained, but we recommend 4WD or AWD, and it is required November-April.
• 🧼 This is a professionally cleaned home with fresh linens, towels, and starter supplies provided.
• 🔕 Quiet hours begin at 9 PM to respect the peaceful mountain setting and nearby neighbors.

As this is the mountains and we often experience storms and high wind, we sometimes experience outages of various kinds. They are almost always turned back on quickly and we won`t be able to give refunds for outages except on a case by case basis as this is out of our control.

If any important items are left behind after your stay, we are happy to mail them back to you! There is a fee of $30 + shipping to cover the cost of the extra time it takes to pack and mail them back.
