Website said they had roll a way beds. Lady at check in said they dont have them. Lady at check in was not friendly at all. Had to buzz the bell at 7pm, no "Hi how can i help you" . Just a blank stair like what you want.
The TV was awesome in the room. Overall the room and stay was good. The location was great and the breakfast was very nice. The only concerned we had was the bathroom. The tile floor was extremely slippery once it was wet. The shower was also slippery and there was no safety bar to hold on to. Also the shower head was non adjustable and the spray was extremely hard.
Checked in late and exhausted. The staff allowed us an extra 1/2 hour beyond the closing of the pool area for us to relax and unwind in the hot tub. Very appreciated.
Suprised that there was no elevator and you had to haul luggage up a flight of stairs. Also, though the property if clean, it is beginning to show its age - their is not bathroom fan to turn on/off and there was mold above the wall above tub surround.
Desk staff helped us get a room on the first floor. It was a large room with a great tv so we could watch our football game. She upgraded us which was so nice at the end of our trip. Great breakfast. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice as was the room. We will definitely stay at AmericInn again.
The room was clean. The bed was very squeeky. Everytime you turned over or moved it made a noice but it was not uncomfortable. The room had a slight mildew smell. It was fine for a quick overnight stay.
The manager, Raj is a very dedicated worker, friendly and helpful in a problem with Expedia that you could not reach via phone and work out a medical problem that required moving the reservation by one day.
Was clean and in good condition. Room was nice and bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. However truck noise from road and lawn mowing at 6:45am made sleeping difficult.
Check in process was painful! We felt that we were burdening the clerk. Asked to repeat herself, she complied, in yet another mumble. Never explained entrance, room location, breakfast in fact did not explain or offer anything whatsoever. Very disappointing
I was supposed to be booked for AmericInn in Black River Falls WI NOT Tomah WI... When we got to Black River Falls AmericInn there was NOONE working the Employee left and no other employees were working
