This first floor apartment is located on Las Terrazas de la Torre golf resort, once part of the Polaris World developments. Just 15 minutes by car to the beach and 20 minutes to the city of Murcia.

The property has 2 bedrooms with family bathroom and a balcony that  overlooks the golf course. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. The balcony is a good size with 2 sunbeds, table and chairs, here you can sunbathe or sit and watch out over the golf course. The resort has communal pool area and a children's pool, children's play areas, restaurant/bar and a supermarket all located close to the apartment, the complete area is gated with 24 hour security.

No welcome pack no paper work to explan workings of anything in apartment no literature about area nothing at all .apartment gets very little sun if any at that time of year we christened it our fridge it was so cold never stay at this time of year in this fridge Mike
