Located just 15 km from Los Alcázares and 17 km from San Javier, this cozy two-story townhouse is perfect for a relaxing family or friends vacation.With a capacity for 4 people, Adosado Roldán is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious entrance with room to park your car, a large living-dining room, a fully equipped American kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, and a full bathroom. It also has a covered terrace at the rear, ideal for enjoying an outdoor dinner.

    On the upper floor, you will find a double bedroom, another full bathroom with a bathtub, and a beautiful terrace with sun loungers and views of the golf course and the lake, ideal for relaxing after a day full of fun!
