Apartment 'La Corbeta 1°-17' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The sleeping area is cleverly separated from the living area by a wall plus two sliding walls.

The balcony with a view of the complex's garden and the sea is generously glazed with a folding window. This gives you a wind-protected conservatory, but also the option of using the balcony as open as possible.

The apartment is heated cost-effectively by air conditioning. There is a fan heater in the modern shower room.



The apartment is also very well equipped. In particular with electric shutters in front of all windows, a washing machine with dryer, satellite TV with all German programs, a music station (CD / radio / ipod) and a fully equipped fitted kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. You also have extra-fast Internet access.

The beach promenade with its numerous bars and restaurants is only a few meters away. A medical center, various stores, laundry, hairdresser etc. are also in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the nine-storey apartment building "La Corbeta". There are 2 elevators. The few steps to the elevators can also be reached via a ramp, so that this accommodation can be described as barrier-free. Electric wheelchairs can be parked in the entrance area of the house.

There are tennis courts in the complex, which guests can use free of charge (registration required). The communal pool in the complex is only open in summer (1.6.-30.9.)

Free parking in the public parking lot in front of the house or on the street.

You are welcome to bring 1 small dog with you - on request and for a fee.

Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.

Please note that the water is turned off from around 23:00 to 7:00 am. The water pressure is lower.

The showers on the beaches are not in operation due to issue with water supply in Andalusia.
