"The friendly staff greeted me at the door, spoke enough english so check-in was easy and quick. They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. A nice quiet accommodation with an instant friendly warmth when you walk through the door. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here."

"We enjoyed our stay at Soki Kanazawa! Our room was very clean, had nice amenities, and was quiet. Breakfast was an absolutely delicious Japanese breakfast. We appreciated the coin laundry and the shoe dryers available to borrow after a day spent in the rain. Staff is so friendly and very helpful. Thank you, Soki Kanazawa!"
