The apartment is located in the Baltic Sea resort Trassenheide in a quiet location. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is about 3 km from the apartment and is very easy to reach by bike. Restaurants, shops, a bakery and the spa are about 1 km away. The train station is about 1.8 km away. There you will also find the large butterfly farm, miniature golf, the children's land Trassenheide, and the house is upside down.

Lage mit Hund optimal...
An sich ist die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Zum Strand kann man gemütlich durch den Wald laufen. Trassenheide ist eher ruhig. Da kann man in Zinnowitz mehr erleben. Auch was die Restaurants angeht. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Perfekt für Kind und Hund. Frische Eier gibt es vom Bauern. Alles andere kann man im örtlichen Netto oder Edeka kaufen. Es gibt eine Kochmöglichkeit mit Töpfen und alles was man braucht. Leider war eine Tasse kaputt. Diese stand einfach wieder im Schrank. Ansonsten war alles da was man benötigt. Die Terrasse war in Ordnung, wobei ich es eher als Hauseingang bezeichnen würde. Man sitzt eher auf dem Präsentierteller. Auch die Nachbarn können in die kleine Wohnung schauen. Das ist abends etwas unangenehm, wenn man lüften möchte, denn es heizt sich sehr schnell auf. Einen Ventilator gab es leider nicht. Die Schlafcouch ist sehr groß. Damit habe ich nicht gerechnet aber sie ist sehr unbequem. Man spürt die einzelnen Ebenen vom zusammenklappen. Für Kinder in Ordnung aber für Erwachsene schrecklich. So schlecht habe ich noch nie geschlafen. 😑 Alles in allem war es schön aber ich würde das kommende Mal etwas mehr investieren um besser schlafen zu können.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön in einer Sackgasse gelegen. Klein, aber für den Urlaub zweckmäßig und nett eingerichtet. Die kleine Terrasse am Eingang ,mit dem Strandkorb haben wir oft und gerne genutzt. Die Garage für unsere Fahrräder war top. Wer keinen Wert im Urlaub auf Luxus legt ist hier genau richtig.

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr entspannt. Unterkunft bietet alles was man benötigt. Besonders positive Überraschung war die Schlafcouch.

Durchdachtes und stilvolles 1-Zimmer Appartement
Wir (1 Erwachsener und 1 Kind [3 Jahre]) genossen eine Woche in der 1-Zimmer FeWo (Küche/Wohn/Schlaf in einem) in Trassenheide. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und pragmatisch durchdacht. Meiner Meinung fehlt es an Nichts! Kleinigkeiten wie bereitgestellter Tee, duftende Mülltüten, viele Spiele und Malblock + Stifte bereiteten uns einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Entfernung zum Strand (2 km) kann man gut mit dem Rad, zu Fuß oder Auto zurück legen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die FeWo selbst liegt am Ende einer sehr ruhigen Spielstraße. WLAN, Schlüsselübergabe und zugebuchte Leistungen (Handtücher/Bettzeug) klappte tadellos. Grill und kleine Sitzecke (2 Plätze) stehen ebenfalls bereit, nutzen wir aber nicht. Unterstellmöglichkeiten (abschließbare Garage) für (Leih-)Räder hätte ebenfalls bestanden. Kann die Wohnung, als auch die/den Vermieter nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank und Grüße F. Richter
