Worst hotel
My recent stay was extremely disappointing. The bed was very uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the shower head was broken, which made bathing an unpleasant experience. The room itself was dusty and had a bad smell, compounded by the constant noise from the surroundings. ...

Superb location, very close to shops and dinning options, right in the door of Cardiff Castle and very close to the Cardiff National museum. The room was clean, nice and the staff did the bed and changed my towels all days. Didn’t have breakfast, so can’t say anything about that. The lift was broken ...
