"Les Courlis", 4-room house 110 m2 on 3 levels. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, satellite TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. On the lower ground floor: shower. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir verbrachten hier zwei schöne und erholsame Wochen in ruhiger Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick von der Terrasse aufs Meer. Die Strände waren nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Haus selbst war sauber und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr nett, fürsorglich und sympathisch.

schöner Meerblick von der Terrasse, Garten für Hunde sehr gut geeignet, mit kleinen Lücken in der Hecke ( Ausbruch), großer Kamin für gemütliche Abende, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, beide Strände über eine kurzen Fußweg, 5 min, erreichbar.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Die Bewertung für unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus mit unserem Hund vom 20.08. bis 03.09.2022 ist sehr einfach: Es hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen, so dass wir dieses Haus für unseren Urlaub im nächsten Jahr - 2023 - sofort wieder gebucht haben. Ein sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus auf einem großen Grundstück in unmittelbarer Strandnähe in einer großartigen Umgebung. Die Eigentümer und Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und bemüht. Jederzeit gerne wieder in diesem Haus.

Die bisherigen Kommentar lassen sich nur bestätigen. Daher, wer das Auf- und Abtauchen der Klippen in den Gezeiten bei wechselndem Tageslicht mag, nachts die Milchstraße und tagsüber die Aussicht auf die Meeresbuch genießen möchte, sollte hier mal Urlaub machen. Dankeschön an die Gastgeber für den überaus freundlichen Empfang.

Das Haus bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Wunderschöner Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Schnelles Internet, eine Vielfalt an deutschen TV-Sendern und vor allem sehr gute Matratzen. Anmerken sollte man noch, dass das Bett im Erdgeschoss deutlich mehr als 140 cm misst. Sehr angenehm. Immer wieder gerne Urlaub in diesem Haus. In wenigen Minuten ist alles erreichbar.

Charmantes Häuschen mit wundervollem Blick

Wir haben dort mit zwei Personen + Hund eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Das Haus hält alles bereit, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Die Terrasse ist einfach toll, der Ausblick, die schönen Blumen - sitzen und genießen! Für kleinere Hunde ist das Grundstück nicht ganz ausbruchsicher, für größere aber perfekt geeignet. Besonders nett war auch der freundliche Empfang und die herzliche Verabschiedung. Ganz lieben Dank auch für den Cidre und die Crêpes! Merci!!!!

Traumhafte Ausblicke

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen und ist genial konstruiert mit Blick auf die Meeresbucht aus verschiedenen Fenstern und der Terrasse. Die luftige Konstruktion mit gemütlichen Möbeln lässt auch das typisch abwechslungsreiche Bretagne-Wetter innen gut genießen. Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel und die Vermieter überaus freundlich. Die Tochter hat eine lange Anreise in Kauf genommen, um uns auch auf Englisch alles zu erläutern. Für uns ein rundum herrlicher Aufenthalt hier!!! Wir kämen gerne wieder!!!

Très bon accueil avec quelques spécialités en cadeaux à l'arrivée. Les propriétaires sont très courtois. Logement strictement conforme à sa description. L'intérieur est soigneusement aménagé et les extérieurs sont joliment arborés. Nombreux ustensiles et équipements de qualité dans la cuisine. La WIFI est performante. Environnement calme et agréable. Le matelas du grand lit est un peu trop mou. Un véhicule est indispensable. Nous reviendrons. Merci aux prioritaires d'avoir accepté notre animal.

Das Haus steht in schöner Hang...

Das Haus steht in schöner Hanglage etwa 3 Gehminuten von dem großen Strand von Trestel und ebenso nah zum Strand von Le Royau entfernt.Der Vorgarten ist schön bepflanzt und gut mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet (allerdings fehlen die Auflagen für die Hartplastikliegen) und hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die Küste.Für 2 Personen ist das Haus ideal. Für Belegung mit mehr Personen gibt es Probleme wegen der sanitären Anlagen: Die einzige Toilette (sehr hellhörig) findet sich im Erdgeschoss zwischen Schlafzimmerund Bad. Sie hat kein eigenes Waschbecken, so dass alle Benutzer dieses Bad benutzen müssen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gemütlich. In der Küche fehlt es an großen Töpfen, während Besteck und Porzellan im Überfluss vorhanden ist.Die beiden kleinen Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss (über eine steile Treppe mit 14 Stufen zu erreichen) besitzen je ein Waschbecken; zum Duschen muß man jedoch die zwei Etagen tiefer im Keller liegende (gut ausgestattete) Dusche aufsuchen. Die Treppe in den Keller (13 Stufen) hat kein Geländer.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Garten. Es ist alles vorhanden, das man zur eigenen Versorgung und zum wohlfühlen benötigt. Der Blick zum Meer und der kurze Weg zum Strand ist super. Reisetipps: Es gibt so endlos viel zu sehen und alles ist mit kurzen Fahrzeiten zu erreichen. Einfach toll!!

Eines der Besten Häuser in meiner langjährigen Urlaubunterkünften in der Bretagne. Beste Lage zum Strand, hervorragende Wasserqualität. Rundum alles war Gut. Reisetipps: Nehmen sie eine Taschenlampe mit denn in Trevou wird die Straßenbeleuchtung am Abend schon um 21Uhr30 abgestellt.!!!
