Petra made sure we had everything we needed. Room included wine, beer, snacks, fresh fruit and lovely breakfast each morning rolled in. View is amazing. We had private sauna and whirlpool bath. Much needed after all our hiking. If you can handle the steep, windy, narrow roads leading up to the village it’s all worth it!!

Hotel is convenient and nice. However they no longer have a coffee machine in the room. Now you have to go to lobby and use a machine there and pay with credit card. In the past they had a The nespresso in the room for free.

The hotel was great, close to the train station, shopping, restaurants. Our room was great, had a small balcony. The hotel is unique and onw of our favorites, will absolutely stay there again if we ever travel back to Zurich.
