The location could not be any better; placed in heart of Maple Ridge, the most beautiful historic neighborhood in Tulsa, surrounded by half-million dollar+ homes. South 5 minutes to Brookside, 5 minutes north to Downtown, Cherry Street, Pearl District, 18th/Boston and the Convention Center. This house is set for any adventure!!! Visit bolewoodcapital. com for direct booking :) Families will love it here! Spacious yet quaint bungalow with historic charm and modern decor/amenities. Includes two living areas with comfortable furniture and smart TVs, breakfast nook as well as dining table and two full bathrooms. Please note, shower in rear bathroom has wand shower head only. You\`ll have access to the entire house, driveway and backyard. We\`re close by and can help when needed :). Please contact us in the Airbnb app. We are most responsive during normal business hours. Get anywhere in Tulsa in 10 minutes or less, we\`re minutes away from all arterial highways. Lots of neighbors walk/walk their dogs, please keep cars parked in driveway and pets on lease when in front yard. We also hold strict quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Pets are welcome, but need to be approved and added to guest count! Pets are not allowed on furniture and should be crated if left alone in the unit. Excessive cleaning costs due to pet hair may be charged back to the guest. Please double check your guest count when booking. Please park in the driveway, love thy neighbor, please don\`t smoke in the house, clean up after yourselves. We try very hard to keep this place affordable, and the cleaning charges to the guests low. The neighborhood was the highlight of the trip and surround park and things to do. Many walking distance restaurants and bars. The house itself is dated in a good way and some not in a good way. There was an odd smell in the house and the bathroom had a sealing leak coming from the roof.
