“Great place”

“Everyone was so pleasant! The breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt and some additional items were delicious. I enjoyed the social hour and took the opportunity to talk to a couple of people. Jose and another concierge made perfect recommendations for excursions.”

“Breakfast was fresh but very late every morning. It started after 8am, i had trips planned and needed to leave early on fee days but there was no breakfast. I tried looking around the property but couldn’t find anyone to ask. Also, apparently there was a waterfall but they didn’t turn it on until my last day of trip. They also tried to put me in a different room than the one I booked ( Orchid Suite). I has to ask them about it and then they moved me.”

“The staff at Moxy made the stay the most enjoyable part of the trip, everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The bikes provided were okay, but not the most comfortable for getting around. I’d definitely recommend renting a moped through Dias-Mex Scooter Rentals instead. They conveniently dropped the moped off directly at the hotel and picked it up before our departure, which made everything super easy. The hotel is located on a strip with several other……

“The staff did not clean my room once during my visit after I requested multiple times. Each time I let the staff know to clean my room it wasn’t cleaned when I got back at the end of the day and the last day I was even refused towels.”

“Great amenities and close to beach/supermarket Most communication thru Expedia portal went unanswered. Recommend direct communication with hotel staff by phone. Lovely pool and roof deck. No hot water in kitchen sink went unaddressed for entire stay. Very basic kitchen setup. ”
