"Perfect view from the deck, and yard enjoyable. Very clean inside. Towels,shampoo and other "amenities" provided. Beds comfortable. Possibly could have had brighter lights on the ceiling fan. The kitchen counter space was adequate and dining at the kitchen table was simply a nice experience. This place is a joy, both inside and out on the deck, and also the yard. Owner is communicative. Just reach out if you have questions. I found the owner's pricing to be reasonable, but vrbo and related cleaning fees,etc...made affording the stay more of a challenge. However, totally and completely worth it. Location is handy and the morning view from the deck is peaceful. We had a bit of rain during our stay but it held off long enough for us to enjoy our outdoor adventures on the lake. This place is everything that is claimed and more. Would I stay here again? You bet. Recommended. Yes."

"Stay was great! Everything was clean and comfortable. Each room had a couch in a partially separate room with it's own TV, so the kids could have their own space. We all slept great, even the dog!"

"The place was perfect for our family and will be staying again! The only thing I would change/update. Laundry soap is very perfumed and had to rewash towels and sheets d/t sensitivities. No big deal just had to rewash so we didn’t have issues. The description said we had access to the boat house but the check in instructions didn’t specify anything. I asked and really only had access to half of the boathouse which worked out but I would have planned a little differently had I known we didn’t have full access to the boathouse. Also had a boat lift so maybe include instructions on how to use. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and perfect for our family! "

"This place had just about anything you could’ve needed and wanted for a good time! It was very comfortable for 8 people and they were kind enough to have an additional air mattress set up upon arrival. We really liked how much of the little things were provided, like pong balls or bar shaker set. I would recommend this to others!"

"Our family just wrapped up a wonderful 17-day stay here, and we can't recommend it enough. Although we ran into a few issues at the beginning with the water filter and some electrical problems, the response from the owner and their on-site team, including Teresa and her husband, was truly impressive. They were friendly, accommodating, and worked tirelessly to fix everything as fast as possible. Their excellent communication and dedication to making our stay perfect really made the difference. Thanks to their efforts, our stay was a huge success."

"Many things to do in the house and yard . If the weather gets bad . The kids really enjoyed it and never got bored . Things to do in the area . The Ohio caverns are great to go see and close by . We went to the municipal pool to swim at Jackson center . Great places to Hike . "

"The property was just as it looked in the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay there. The views of the lake were great and we loved sitting on the patio at night. My granddaughter loved all the old memorabilia and games. The only minor issue was we had a hard time finding the boat slip initially."

"Location is excellent! Lake, beach & local restaurants were a short distance. Very clean & homey ! We had no issues except that the fridge did not seem to hold it's coldness, but when I informed host, she sent out maintenance right away & actually came down herself & rectified the problem. Would highly recommend!!"

"I was really impressed with our stay. Pictures were very accurate and check in process was very easy. Great location and close to beach access/playground with a fenced in yard. All of this made it easy with our small kiddos. Lots of room for the whole family to hangout! Would stay there again!"
