Great room and very clean, but door had a huge gap between door and frame, and there was just a deadbolt, no latch that allows a guest to open door while still secured. If I hadn't been staying there with a friend, I would've felt nervous staying there alone.

The staff were all very friendly, and I really loved how spacious the room was. It was a great value for the money.

Safe area. The room was spacious, the refrigerator was quiet, the shower had good water pressure with plenty of hot water. There was a pond on the back of the room. The balcony was nice. However, there were flies. The dining area was nice. Breakfast was also pretty good. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi, which barely worked in the room. To make matters worse, my T-Mobile phone only had one bar of signal (although my husband's Xfinity Mobile phone had three, so that may have been a T-Mobile issue). I had a Zoom meeting the next morning, so I called the front desk the night before. A helpful staff member told me I could use the meeting room in the main building and said she would leave a note for the morning staff. The next morning, I had to explain everything again, and the staff member refused. She first said the room was already rented, but when I said I only needed it for 30 minutes, she offered to rent it to me for **$200 for four hours**. That made no sense—if it was rented, why offer it to me? If it wasn't, why not honor what I had been promised?
