The front desk person when we checked in was so nice to us. When we checked out that person was not friendly as all. Housekeeping lady was nice but failed to see the don’t disturb sign and no housekeeping required. So when she knocked and woke us up, I did ask for towels which she did and was friendly about it.
More luggage carts are needed.

Room was ok. Clean enough. Some of the flooring was coming up and apart. Restaurant was decent. Need more staff on though. One server for the whole place gets them behind.

Front desk staff were very friendly, hotel was clean. My only issues were that it was loud at night - I’m assuming it’s because of the bars downstairs. The fridge in our room didn’t work and we had trouble finding an ice machine/vending machine area. No maps or guestbooks in the room so that was challenging. Overall it was a fine stay for the price!
