"Very clean, stylish, comfortable and central to everything. As a family traveling with kids, it was absolutely perfect! Walkable, safe and there was even a dedicated playroom that kept my 1.5 year old occupied for 2 whole hours. "

"This was our third stay at the hotel. The building is unassuming from the outside, but very nice with lots of character inside (including rooms). Great breakfast and helpful staff.
The inclusion of a buffet dinner in the room price was a nice and rare bonus - certainly saved us a bunch of kroner. Everything is within walking distance, but that probably holds for other hotels in Uppsala.
I would return for a fourth stay without hesitation!"

"Hotel with a certain age, bottoms of the doors tatty and broken. Old wardrobes and small rooms, I did chose it because it was close to the station but had I known it I’d chosen one close to central Uppsala. Expensive and not worth it the money. Nevertheless great great staff, polite and attentive. "

"The hotel is located outside the city center, good private parking. When I checked in I was not informed about the free access to the relaxing area (according to one of the other guests, a nice spa area), so I couldn’t use it. The people at the reception where very kind though.
The structure of the hotel is (according to me) in need of renovation, everything looks kind of old including the elevator; the room was clean and the bed comfortable.
Poor service at the restaurant: I couldn’t get a list...

"Nice, clean property, with modern decor. The family room was great for 4 of us. The only issue we had was with the self-check-in after hours. The key-machine would not work and another guest needed to let us in. Reception was not visible from the entrance. "

"The Scandic Uplandia is around 10 minute walk from Upplsala railway station. The rooms are reasonably large with a good bathroom and shower. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of hot and cold options. There is also a gym and sauna. The gym is quite small, but everything was in good working order. Overall, an excellent hotel, which was also very good value."
"The hotel is very well located near the Sollentuna railway station. We utilised that to get into the city. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of items. Located next to a significant shopping centre that was good for those forgotten items and casual food. The only complaint is that the shower cubicle was small and the door to get in to it was narrow,
