“One of my favorite places to stay in the Providence area that is super comfy rooms are super clean. My only gripe with this hotel is they had a great Italian restaurant that was open a bunch of nights then they lowered it to a few nights and now it’s no longer open For a casino. The restaurant selection is lacking during the week.”

“I have stayed at this hotel on 4 occassions over 3 years, as it is close to our business, when I travel from the UK. On each occassion there has been been no change in customer service, cleanliness or breakfast. Well done to all who work there”

“The room was spotless and the bed was pretty comfortable for an overnight stay. The room was nicely put together I must say. The gentleman at the front desk worker was AMAZING. He was very helpful and was polite. He asked us about our trip and was very welcoming as it was our first time out in Massachusetts. He honestly made the stay even better because he made it feel like a 5 star hotel! ”
