The first room I was booked into had a truly terrible smell — bad enough to ask for a room change. The staff was very cooperative, but they moved me into a pretty musty smelling room with a broken AC/HVAC and a very loud portable AC/filtration unit. I’ve stayed there multiple times in the past and always had great experiences. But after this, not sure I can bring myself to go back.

We stayed at a similar resort nearby on our last visit. It wasn't great. The big one here is that they have great staff response times. And when we use the sleeper couch, they have an extra set of blankets ready for it. This will be our regular stop when in the area. 2/2 total trips and happy on both.

"The room wasnt up to par as far as clean. The shower head was disgusting there was rust around the toilet and toilet paper dispenser. Hair was in the shower upon arrival. The staff was nice"
