Hébergement fonctionnel, à proximité de la plage (10 min à pieds), avec une grande piscine facile d'accès, et une place de parking attitrée fort appréciable.Juan les Pins accessible à pieds pour les sorties du soir, et la gare accessible à pieds également, pour les sorties sur Nice, Monaco ou Menton.Location parfaitement adaptée aux familles.Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Schöner Ort an der Côte d'Azur

Es war eine gute, schön eingerichtete Wohnung, nicht weit vom Strand, mit wunderschönem Garten und Pool. Jeden Tag wurde die Anlage gereinigt und der Pool für die Gäste vorbereitet, wie in einem Hotel. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, Waschmaschine, TV, Klimaanlage und Parkplatz. Leider haben wir die Küche nicht so sauber vorgefunden. Was mir noch gefehlt hat, war ein Topf zum Nudeln oder Reis kochen. Es hat lediglich sehr viele Pfannen. Das ist aber nicht so schlimm. Man musste improvisieren. Ansonsten war alles super. Wir hatten einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub in Vallauris und können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auch top! Vielen Dank.

Jai loué ce logement sur ce site on m'a envoyé la confirmation et l'adresse une fois sur place. Impossible de joindre la propriétaire. Malheureusement le logement avait été loué par la fille de la propriétaire sur un autre site soit disant donc faites bien attention !!!

Foto e descrizioni corrispondono all'annuncio. Ottimo garage privato al coperto a 100m. La proprietaria ha risolto in fretta due piccoli inconvenienti verificatisi durante il soggiorno. Spiaggia libera e sabbiosa a 400m circa raggiungibile in 10 minuti con semplice camminata da un sottopassaggio ferroviario (non necessarie scarpette per entrare in acqua). È attrezzata con docce e bagni chimici. A 5 minuti in auto c'è sia un supermercato (Super U) ben fornito, che anche una boulangerie. In conclusione: tutto OK.
